The “Ventorillo de Luna” opened in the same place in 1840, offering humble food and shelter to travellers. Since then the name has been changed to “EL HIGUERÓN” but we have kept alive the spirit of serving our clients the best traditional foods with the lightest of modern touches.

During his stay at El Higuerón restaurant, Fernando Martin (Who runs the famous “Los Corrales” in Asturia) was able to give his masters touch and helped to transform our restaurant into a household name for all Andalusians who love traditional cooking.
